From a Clients Point of View

I run a lot and exercise in the gym 3 or 4 times a week.  So i do try to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle.  However, I find sometimes doing the stretches are the one thing I tend to either skip or do half heartily, thinking to myself I have not got the time and must get on.

So recently I have started to have a regular 1/2 hour massage, an 1 hour when funds allow, and I must admit it is lovely.  Not only is it relaxing and soothing for my body, it is beneficial for my muscles as well.  It  keeps  the muscle supple and helps to stop it tightening up and also maintains good circulation and helps with the immune system.

So overall if your like me and work out regular, a 30 minute massage will benefit the body and helps illiviate  that tightening sensation you get if you don’t stretch out regularly.  Plus it is that bit of me time we all should have from time to time.
