Pilates gives you the opportunity to not only strengthen and tone the overworked muscles but also teaches you how to utilise the correct muscles for ease of movement throughout the day. Pilates is suitable for people of any fitness levels and exercises are tailored to suit.

1:1 sessions are available at convenient times before or after work.

Karen has  Tuesday evening group classes and also teaches one to one sessions
