Pilates for Pregancy/Golf

Karen Hall will be offering Pilates for Pregnancy classes and private coaching to help you through all the aches and pains of pregnancy, leaving you waddle free (starting 7th August).

If you are a golfer with swing issues, Karen will be offering private coaching and referrals for 3D swing analysis.

Karen will also be starting a beginners Pilates class and private coaching for more specific needs.
