Having a blog has made me realise that I have to think of things to write each week, that could be somewhat hard but then again, often I have so much to say! My dilemma therefore is keeping check that I don’t get too carried away with myself!
I would like to tell you what to expect on my blog, hopefully you will find it informative and amusing, focusing on issue’s that come up that complementary medicine can help with.
I am very passionate about my profession, I can honestly say that I really love what I do, nothing is more satisfying than seeing people become more aware of how there stresses in life impact them and making slight changes in their lives can really make a difference.
I hope I can share with you case studies, with the clients permission of course so that you can read for yourself results and changes that occur. Believe it or not I am actually quite cynical, I could be told something that has worked for somebody but most of the time I like to see the effects and benefits for myself and this is what I wish to share with you all.
I had a client in last week, and not blowing my own trumpet, she said that since having homeopathy with me all her friends as well as herself have noticed how much she has changed. She copes so much more with the stress in her life that she no longer sleep walks, which she has done since childhood and does not take life so seriously or personally and realising that life can be fun again!
A question I always ask a client is how much ‘FUN’ out of 10 are you having in your life? What surprises me is how many of us are at a 5 or below. So, think about it, ask yourself how much fun you are having, the first number that pops into your head, try not to think about it for too long nor reflect too much, I am asking you in the here and now!
